Public Reporting App (CAD)

The CAD receives public reports; the previous application, built by another developer, no longer worked.

Provide the public with a reliable reporting channel: facts description, evidence, attachments, optional anonymity.

A new Kotlin mobile application with a Laravel API: reporting form, evidence upload (photos, documents, files), anonymous reports, tracking numbers, geolocation of facts and secure exchanges between the CAD and the reporter (planned features, subject to progress).
